The Off-season 6th period Volleyball schedule will generally be as follows:
Mon., Tues., Thurs., Fri., 2:00-3:20 pm,
Our weight-training program will start the first week of October, and will be in the mornings 6:15-7:30 am. Weight-training will be 2 days/week (likely T/F), and sand courts 2 days/week (likely M/Th).
Practice schedules can vary, and are communicated to the players by the coach.
